In a few short days I will be making the drive home for the weekend to see my Mam and family. Coming home however, I will be a child down as Roo is staying with her Granny for a week. I can remember staying with my Granny in the summer holidays and I think it is lovely that Roo is able to make similar memories to my own.
Over the last few weeks I feel as though Roo has been standing in a growbag as she seems to have had a growth spurt. So now most of her summer clothes are looking a little short on her so before she heads off on holiday I need to replenish her summer wardrobe.
With it being half way through August many shops have started adding their autumn/winter selection so trying to find summer outfits has proved harder than I imagined it would be. With the high street failing me I have turned online to K&Co and their selection of kids clothing. Thankfully I have managed to order a few items that will arrive in time for Roo’s big adventure.
A fabulous denim playsuit that can be worn with a t-shirt if is a little cooler or without for those extra sunny days.

Roo generally wears either leggings or dresses, not really sure why this is but I spotted these fun ra ra skirts and thought that they would look great with either a vest top or t-shirt.

Having ordered her some summer essentials I happened to spot a really lovely prom style dress, which might not be for everyday summer wearing but she will look so cute in it if Granny takes her out for tea or if they pop over to see Great-Granny.

Do you do your summer clothing shopping early or leave it to the last minute like me?
Disclosure: This post is brought to you in collaboration with K&Co, although I really do need to get Roo some new summer clothes.
