When the Onesie phenomenon took the country by storm I have to confess that I was a little surprised. Why would grown adults opt to dress in an overgrown babygro? Babies and toddlers wear them as they are practical, Roo has a couple of Hello Kitty Onesie’s which on her are cute but seriously who wants to see a grown woman in one??
The thing is, whilst at first I thought that they were silly and a passing phase I actually do love Onesie’s (I feel like I’ve just come out of the closet or gone to a Onesie’s anonymous).
There is just one, well two small problems… Firstly, I don’t acutally own a Onesie yet. This can be easily solved as I have been looking on www.camille.co.uk at their range and have seen a few that I like. Obviously I am loving all the purple coloured ones but maybe I should chose a Christmassy style one so I can pop it into our Christmas Eve hamper? One thing I am sure of I will not be opting of an animal Onesie… sorry but that is just a step too far, especially as I look the size of a cow without dressing as one.
Now the second problem is not such an easy fix… Mr Boo hates Onesie’s! even on Roo, he just can’t stand them ans thinks that they are ridicious… Maybe he is a closet Onesie fan too and needs one of his own to be able to come to terms with his love of them? or maybe not!
