It’s National Stationery Week and today’s prompt is all about getting crafty. I have to confess that I have grand plans for craft ideas, especially after an hour or two lost on Pinterest. The truth is that I still very much on the basic level of craftiness which is just enough to let me get by with crafting with the children.
Whilst my craft ability may be lacking, I do make up for it in other areas… My stationery collection! Thankfully for my children, especially Roo who now has to complete regular school projects I have ample supplies of paper, funky scissors and pens – lots and lots of coloured pens, pencils and felt tips!
As it is National Stationery Week I have set myself the challenge of learning something new and thankfully I have managed to find some assistance in this matter from STABILO. Armed with a range of STABILO Point 88 pens, colouring pencils and a set of their YouTube videos I am going to learn how to draw something other than stickmen.
How to draw a unicorn
I’m sure I’m not the only person who feels like we need a little more magic in our lives. And what is more magical than a unicorn, but do you know how to draw one? STABILO have a range of drawing tutorials on their website to help encourage anyone young or old to get into drawing.
