Back in May half term we took our long await family holiday to Butlins. Whilst we were there Roo was introduced to the Skyline Gang and was instantly taken in by their energy, enthusiasm and especially their circus skills.
So last week when we were shoe shopping for some summer shoes I pointed out a pair of cute canvas shoes. Roo turned to me and said ‘Mummy, the Skyline Gang wear Converse shoes so why can’t I?‘. I have to admit I was I little taken back to say the least. How does my 6 year old know the makes of shoes? I have obviously brought this girl up correctly and starting her young with brands.
After not being able to agree on what shoes she and I both liked we left empty handed. Today however I have been searching online for Converse shoes and came across the selection available at Alex and Alexa.
The trouble I have now is that I want to buy he lots of new shoes. I have especially fallen in love with these Converse navy multi tongue trainers… how cute are these??

I think that they strike the balance between practicality and cuteness, with free delivery they are proving too tempting and I *may* have accidentally ordered them… because she needs new shoes
