Having a girl and then a boy I often think that boys and in turn men have it easy when it comes to selecting their clothes. Pop on a pair of jeans and a top and they are ready, us girls require a little more time and effort spent on what we are wearing.
Will it be practical?
Do these colours clash?
I haven’t got the right shoes to wear with this etc.
Do men really have it easiest when it comes to getting dressed?
Mr Boo has always been a smart casual kind of man, around the house he is happy to lounge around in a pair of tracksuit bottoms or his Marvel lounge pants coupled with a long sleeved top. Leaving the house he always makes sure he has a nice clean pair of smart jeans, coupled with a variety of different tops.
He often jokes that it takes effort to look this good!
Personally I love to see him in a crisp polo shirt, I almost feel like they are a key part of his wardrobe. Worn alone, with a cardigan or jumper, or even hidden under a hoodie they are what makes my man who he is. Plus the collar captures his aftershave so when I snuggle in on an evening I still get to smell his aftershave long after it was put on.
Even Roo has started to comment on what Daddy will wear today, asking if he’ll pop a certain polo shirt on as the colour matches what she is wearing.
