When Cadbury’s recently got in touch with Boo Roo and Tigger Too about their #FreeTheJoy campaign it got me thinking about how we all find joy.
Is it the material things in life that give us joy?
Watching our favourite TV programme or playing games on the computer?
Is it the places that we visit that gives us that warm fuzzy feeling?
Returning to a childhood haunt or visiting somewhere you have wanted to go for ages?
Is it the people that are in your life that bring a smile to your face?
Are your children able to warm your heart even when they are being cheeky monkey’s or do your friends a laugh a minute?
Armed with a couple of bags of Cadburys Marvellous Creations I asked Roo to create her idea of #FreeTheJoy…
I like to #FreeTheJoy at the play park – Roo, age 7
I was pleasantly surprised to see that her idea of joy was going out to the park and not sitting in front of the computer playing Minecraft.
