I have a bit of a thing for stationery. I can remember saving up my pocket-money to buy new fountain pens, folders and smelly rubbers (I have no idea about the smelly rubbers, let’s just put it down to a phase).
Nowadays I love a nice new notebook to jot down my blog posts (I write them by hand before copy typing them up), to make grand plans and bucket lists in. Plus to keep track of my ever-growing to-do lists.
Book Block Original
The Book Block Original is a truly personalised notebook that you can tailor to fit your needs and tastes. The cover can be printed with almost any design whether it be a family snap or one of the children’s drawings. Personally, I am a huge Pride and Prejudice fan so it seemed only fitting that I should choose a quote from the book…
Ahh Mr Darcy! erm, as I was saying…
With a choice of four paper types; ruled, plain, sketch or dot grid you’re able to choose the one most suited to your needs. You can also select the colour of the elastic band and ribbon included on your Book Block Original making it fully customised experience.
I usually opt for a ruled notebook, however, decided to go for plain paper so that I can use this book to keep track of Roo and Tigger’s drawings. Whenever we go out and about there is always a point where we have to wait, be it in a restaurant for our food or stuck in traffic so my plan is to hand over my Book Block Original notebook so that they can doodle a picture for me and I’m able to keep them all together.
With prices starting from just £12 the Book Block Original is perfect for giving that special gift on Mother’s Day, Father’s Day or to a fellow stationery lover on their birthday.
Disclosure: I received a Book Block Original FOC for the purpose of review
