When I was a little girl I loved playing with my Barbie™ dolls, dressing them up, taking them on adventures and having friends over to play with our Barbie™ dolls together. The amazing Barbie™ is still going strong all these years later and alongside the fabulous dolls and accessories she has a range of films too. Roo loves her Barbie™ dolls too and is very lucky to have the Barbie™ Malibu House and Barbie™ Glam Camper which she really loves to play with.
It’s only in the past few months that she has become aware of the Barbie™ films, catching some of the older ones on TV over Christmas. So when I was offered the opportunity to receive the new Barbie™ in Princess Power DVD.

Boo Roo and Tigger Too’s thoughts…
Whenever I think of superheroes I am drawn to thinking that they are generally male roles, so when I saw that Barbie™ was going to be providing Roo with a female superhero role model I was intrigued to see if Roo would be interested in what female superheroes get up to.
Popping the DVD in on one afternoon, Roo snuggled on the sofa to watch for the first time. Watching as the story unfolded she wasn’t happy when Super Sparkles cousin transforms into Dark Sparkle, although watching as they learned to work together I hope she understood that working together despite your differences is always a better way to go.
