Last weekend we headed to London for the day for a special family screening of the new Incredibles 2 film. Along for the ride were the Incredibles 2 Jack-Jack attacks doll and his arch enemy Racoon (once you’ve seen the film you’ll understand their relationship). Whilst I had initially thought that Tigger would take Jack-Jack under his wing when it arrived ahead of our trip to London. However, it was Piglet who laid claim to him and his furry friend.
After a sing-song in the car and a quick tube journey, we arrived at the iconic Vue Leicester Square. With the cinema foyer hosting a range of fun activities to enjoy before the film began. With Jack-Jack from Jakks Pacific receiving quite a lot of attention. Especially when Piglet would press his tummy to set off one of his superpower modes.
Incredibles 2 Family Screening
At the end of the first Incredibles film, we were given an insight into Jack-Jack’s powers. Something his family were unaware of
Incredibles 2 starts just one minute from where the previous film left off with Violet arranging to go on a date with a boy from school. Who then sees her in her Incredibles outfit without her mask on. Following this Mr Incredible gets the boy’s mind erased and subsequently means that he never shows for their date.
I don’t want to give too much away from the storyline. It’s a fantastic sequel to the original film and a must-watch this summer. Released in cinemas on Friday 13th July 2018.

Jack-Jack might look cute and cuddly, however, he packs a punch in the superpowers department. Teamed with his arch-enemy Racoon, take Jack-Jack along on all your adventures this summer. Deploying is superpowers as needed!
- Press on Jack-Jack’s tummy and watch him “attack” with all his might!
- Press his tummy once to hear him laugh and giggle
- Press and hold his belly to make Jack-Jack “explode” into ultimate power mode – all colours, lights and sounds are activated.
- Press repeatedly and Jack-Jack cycles through all of his “powers”.
